two single wide mobile homes on this 6 acre lot. One 2000 12x70 and the other one a 1987 14x55. shared well between the two but both have their own septic system. the 14x55 trailer one bedrooms and one full bath. no refrigerator in the smaller trailer.both trailers have 8x11 open porches. there is also a small storage building on the property. fireplace has not been used so not sure if works properly or not.
