Trinidad MHC currently has empty lots available and ready for move in. We are offering a move in special to anyone looking to move a home into the community. We can help with transport of the home and 2 months of free lot rent! Please give us a call for more information on that offer.

We are of course also welcoming anyone with camper, RVs, etc with a long term commitment to stay in the community.

Lot rent is $469 a month
Trash fee is $11.76 a month
You will pay your water usage through us.
You will set up gas with the city and electricity with San Isabel.

Everyone 18+ is required to complete a community application prior to move in. We check for eviction history, criminal history, sex offender registry, and verifying your ID.
Application fee is $27 per application.
