Trinidad MHC currently has empty lots available and move in ready. If you are looking to bring in your home to our community we are offering a move in special where we will help with transporting the home and a few month's free rent. Please call for more information on the offer.

We are also welcoming rvs, campers, etc with a long term commitment to stay.

Lot rent is $469 a month.
Trash fee is $11.76 a month.
Water is billed through us and depends on usage.
You would set up gas through the city and electricity through San Isabel.

We require all residents 18+ to complete a community application and the application fee is $27 per app.
