The Mobile Home is in a Community of 55+ and is very nice and quiet. It is a 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath, the Master Bedroom has a walking closet, there is a spacious kitchen, living room and dining room area. We have 2 parking spaces in front of the Mobile Home, the House Club is right across the street. We are including with this sale the metal shed, the refrigerator, the gas stove, the microwave, the living room set, the washer and the dryer. The kitchen has been remodeled and boast of beautiful granite counter tops and lots of cabinets for storage. There is a very good size laundry area which has the potential for many uses. The Mobile Home is near 58th Avenue North and US 19, conveniently located by main roads and businesses for easy commute.
