Looking for a place to build your camp or full time residence?? This location may be it with 1.52 acres with a drilled well and the electric service in place it is just waiting for you. There's also a privy in place with a cement tank. It doesn't Border State Land but it might as well since all you have to do is walk 20 feet across the road!!
