Unique features include a wood burning stove in the living room, a deck with views of the river off of the living room, and a large kitchen with full size appliances. There is also a large utility/mudroom with a rear entry that has washer and dryer hook-ups along with built-in storage space and a large laundry-room sink.

The garage is a large space that has plenty of built-in shelving along with work table benches. There is also a wood-burning stove inside. This garage features pass-through style bay doors which means there's plenty of room for a two vehicles plus room for a storage or shop space!

Pets are allowed - maximum two pets, 40 lbs or less each unless otherwise notified.

First month's rent equal to the rent will be due at lease signing.
