This is one if the nicest setups that I have ever seen in a manufactured home and it has been meticulously maintained. The front home is large enough to accommodate many needs with a large living room and split 3 bedroom plan. Then the owner had a guest house or ''mother-in-law'' suite built behind it and to the standards of a regular home and it is handicap accessible, with a bedroom. living room, kitchenette and bath has features such as a roll in shower & grab bars. In addition, there are two large patios, one on either side of the home and a beautifully maintained swimming pool.
