The actual measurements of this home are a bit. It was measured a couple months ago and I recalled it being 76 in length. I will re-measure and try to update this listing with those figures. It has a lot of updates, between 2005 and present. The shed has electric run to it, with outlets and its own light with switch. The most recent updates within the last couple months are a new tub and shower unit were installed in the guest bath and the kitchen cabinets were also stained. The only thing this home really would require for occupation is fresh paint, and repair on a couple very small holes in the wall(2 or 3). This could easily be done with some putty, which is very easy. Other than that, a great home, a great community. We are expecting another child in November, so we need more space!
