My wife and i have spent an entire year replacing things in this home and fixing it up to be livable. there is brand new carpet in the front bedroom and living room, new linoleum in the kitchen ( free floating) ALL brand new plumbing including a new hot water tank, new shower, ( faucet, walls, shower head and plumbing), new toilet, new marble sink, and a new paint job in the bathroom. We have 3 fresh planted flower gardens and fresh seeded grass, a dog kennel out back.
