It has a pool and clubhouse. Other units like ours have recently sold in this park for $125,000 to $168.000. Like all the mobile home parks in California both city and state rent control are in place. Plus this park is owned by the same family since it opened. No hoa with a low 723.00 per month space rent. Most homes in the other MH parks are 12 to $1500 per month.
