Age restricted 55+. Major renovation June 2020 spent $26,475. Total bathroom redo extended size for a walk in shower, new toilet, sink, vanity, and floor to ceiling cabinet. New flooring throughout, high quality Top-Down Bottom-up blinds, kitchen sink, counter top, bottom cabinets, and lennox split system heating/cooling. December 2021 outside painted, concrete driveway stained. February 2022 bought all new living room furniture, real leather loveseat and two recliner/swivel chairs with foot rest, Sony TV installed on wall by Best Buy, stove (not been used.) Recently put a small window air conditioner in the bedroom. Bathroom painted may 2022 because of lighting it looks more orange in photos, but it’s a very light yellow. 10*10 laundry room/shed fully finished with drywall and insulation. 15*15 patio enclosed with solid fencing and roof, nice outdoor furniture large rug only a couple months old, grill only used twice, and there’s a dirt area across the back that was used for plants, but my dog uses it and with the doggy door he comes and “Go’s” when he wants. 6*12 area with clothesline and small shed. I own the unit next door. This is a small RV park with 90% Park Models. Only $220 per month and pay park $10 per month for water. Their is not a lot of amenities here and that’s why it’s only $220 per month does have a great pool and two in ground hot tubs all mineral water. The pool is getting totally redone in august 2022. There are many activities here if you want to participate in that. This is a 9 month park not year around you decide what three months you won’t be here. Most people leave June, July, August. It does get and stay in high 90’s low 100’s during those months. You will need to be approved by the Board.
