Beautiful home with an attached front porch. Added a reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system and Hunter ceiling fans in both bedrooms. AC is a heat pump unit. Installed a Nest Thermostat in place of the regular one. Pet door leads to a nice fenced in yard with faux grass. Also put a Ring door bell on both front and back doors. Steps are nicely enclosed so nothing can get underneath. Walk-in shower in Master bath instead of a tub. Guest bathroom has a tub. Replaced both showers with a hand-held sprayer. Nice home!
