This home was never lived in by the seller she inherited the home. County has very limited info no square footage was listed so it is unknown. This is a btv on all accounts there was electric there the pole is there but the wires need to be brought back in. Water has to be hauled in. Keys are on there way!! Home has not been seen on the inside so not sure of condition. It will be a total fixer upper be advised. Buyer will have to verify anything that is important to them on this one.
