What a nice home! All the work has been done for you - updates included new roof, window trimming, floors, carpets, new toilets, paint, etc. Seller also had pellet stove and furnace serviced. There are tilt in windows for easy cleaning and a Safe Step Walk in Tub, which is handicapped accessible. Really nothing to do here except move in and enjoy.
