This is a well estabilished and maintained park, which opened in 1987 in rural South Austin (Manchaca area). Two-Thirds of the residents are 55 or older. We have a lot of tree cover and greenery. Carports and sheds are alllowed. This lot has a gravel pad of roadbase and can handle a single-wide or tiny home up to 72' long.
