The park site is now confirmed and is three bedrooms. Please remove me putting in the septic tank but change the lot rent to free. I will rent at least one half acre for free for the first year to help defer the move in and set up costs. If someone wants more than one half acre, I think I can rent an additional 1-3 acres to them at $100/acre per month. The metal building is now leased and therefore no longer available for rent.
