This home is turn key ready and will come with all the furniture you see in the pictures. There was a new hot water tank installed in the Fall of 2015. Thermopane windows in the front and all bedrooms in 2013. The AC was replaced in 2008 and the roof was redone in 2003. This home is great, it has 2 sheds, the laundry room is in the shed off the main floor. We look to the left and that is the hallway but let's follow around the kitchen first. This home is really beautiful it has such a different layout. There is an island in the middle with storage. As we pan around it will come with all the appliances. The kitchen does have vinyl flooring, the rest of the home is carpeted except for the bathrooms which has laminate wood flooring. The guest bathroom is off of the kitchen. Let's look out to the living room/dining area. \r\rThere is a round table with a leaf and 4 chairs that sits off of the island bar. Then the living room comes off of that. If we keep walking we come to a separate TV room. The TV and soundbar will remain in the home. The love seat also opens up into a bed for more sleeping room for guests. As we look back into the home from the front you can see how open it is. There are only 3 homes in the park that have this open concept. \r\rAs we head back, we can take a look at the guest bathroom again. It has a tub and shower combo. Then past that we come to the master bedroom on the left. \rThis is a great size, 1 walk in closet and ladies there is an extra closet with just shelves. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with sliding doors. \r\rAs we leave the master bedroom turn to the left there is a huge guest bedroom. Another walk in closet with shelves. As we head back towards the front I've taken pictures of the kitchen and living room again at a different angle.\r\rThere is another storage shed that was built on the home in the back.
