This my wonderful mothers last project that she had just started when she passed. She sure enjoyed going over there and working, clearing the brush off to see the creek across the street. She was going to fix this up into a rental. The attic is expandable & stairs had been started to go up. She cut off the back part was gonna build another room on for 2nd bath and utility. Brand new windows have been put in, front porch is painted. Septic has been worked on, there is a well. I'd be guessing but I'd guess another $20,000 to finish. Would be a cute country cottage. Handy location. Fireplace on 2 sides. Don't know much about this, can probably put you in contact with previous owner. Would be a cute house if finished...or tear down and put up a mobile home. We just want out what she put in it and forget it. But it is a handy location, old old house but got some strong parts to it. wood floors. At this price you can do so much more and have yourself a cute place.
