Nice, well cared for Mobile Home Park. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Front half of park is open to seasonal (all ages) and the back half is 55 & over, where this home is located. We have pictures inside and outside upon request. Mom passed and we have no reason to keep it. Would like a reasonable offer, needs some work on the flooring. A over flowing bath tub caused some soft spots, near vents. We would like to fix it up ourselves, but do not have the time or funds available. Needs carpet and linoleum and since buyers will have they're own tastes in colors, etc, it's just easier for us to sell as is. Then when the carpet is out, new plywood can be installed, where necessary. All windows and screens are present, central air unit also needs replacing. Currently has 2 window units. Kitchen cabinets are in fair condition, 1 door is missing and lowers have some peeled edges. Tub surround is some type of vinyl paneling and also needs replacing. Otherwise all is well.
