If you are looking for privacy and an old place to fix up, this would be ideal. There is a well with a new well pump, and a septic already installed. The mountain views are gorgeous off the front covered deck. The access is not well maintained, but you can get up there in a pick up. I wouldn't try it after a rain. Private mountain retreat that could be a site for a nice manufactured home, or fix up the one already there. Come make an offer!
