Seller's contractor was not able to perform on the agreed to remodel. Home has been gutted and the lot has cleaned of all debris, including under the manufactured home. The sellers were remodeling to convert the home into an Air B and B. They are unable to do the remodel project on their own and need sell this opportunity to a new buyer.
