1 acre lot, with septic, older mobile home 2 bed 2 bath. There is a septic and well & electricity with a 2500 gallon holding tank tenant says the well does not work and there needs to be a new well. However she did put on a new stainless steel pump but told me well is seasonal at best. Mobile home is not permitted and the title is not in the owners name. The title looks like it was signed off and looks like they have the paperwork for transfer just did not do it. There is allot of stuff inside and the tenant is trying to make presentable. This is a level lot with a horse area in the rear of the property. Showing outside only at this time.
