The manufactured home on this beautiful 2.4-acre site is livable, but it needs a lot of work. It was a very nice home when it was built in 2000, but it has a leak in the roof (which is covered with plastic) and other cosmetic issues. The land is beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful, but it's only minutes from Columbiana. The value of this property is in the land and it's a bonus to get a place to live as well.
