Just reduced price by $2,000. Very nice, large, 3 bedroom, open concept home, with attached 1 1/2 stall garage. 10 minutes from the lake, for great sunsets or recreation. Home and garage have a composite roof, and vinyl siding in very good condition. The home itself measures 57' by 28', plus a 1 1/2 stall attached garage added in 2014. All rooms have neutral paint colors. The home is on a large lot and runs parallel to the street.

The master bedroom is a large 13' by 14', with a 9' walk-in closet. The newly remodeled master bath, has a huge walk in shower that has a showerhead at each end. It is also handicap accessible. We also another installed a new dual flush toilet and wood- look vinyl flooring.

The large, sunny kitchen has 35 cabinet doors, and the cabinets are solid oak, in a medium color. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, and has new asian seagrass style vinyl flooring.

The laundry room/ mudroom opens off the kitchen, which also opens into the garage.

The living room is huge, and has a triple front window, from ceiling to floor. There is a stone, wood burning fireplace that divides a portion of the kitchen and living room.

The dining room is a typical size. We have a full dining room set in it. The living room, dining room, and hallway are all wall to wall taupe neutral long wearing berber carpet.

The 2nd full bath has a tub/shower combo, with new dual flush toilet and new wood-look vinyl flooring.

The two other bedrooms are a good size, each with very ample walk-in closets and large windows. They also have wall to wall carpet. Carpet is all in very good condition.

The garage was built in 2014, and comes with a work bench, a 27 ft. sturdy, wooden sidewall shelf for storage, a recently installed exhaust fan, and electric door opener. We paid over $18,000.00 to have it built, including the firewall between it and the house.

There is a 10 x 12' shed that sits on a cement paver base, and was renovated and painted last fall. Very convenient access just outside the garage man door.

The back deck measures 14'6" x 12', and has just has just been painted this week. The true color of the paint is in between those shown in the photos. Deck entry into the home is through a wide sliding door next to the kitchen, for convenience.

We have wonderful neighbors, and this would be a great home for anyone. West Olive Estates $421 lot rent includes your lawn mowing, free water for watering your lawn, and trash pick up. Plus we have an indoor pool, hot tub, dog park, playground and large community room.

If you have mobility issues, the shower and ample width doors may be an option for you as well. A ramp could be added in the garage, to make for easy entry.
