Ok, Folks after much negative feedback I'm going to tell you this mobile home needs WORK-don't go look at it if you aren't handy enough to do plumbing work and cleaning. If you are please realize the lot is worth almost as much as the mobile and would make a great rental or modest home for a small family. Take the time to look carefully and see what a little gem this could be if you fixed it up. Please don't send a laundry list of things that need to be done. The seller is well aware of what needs to be done to make this a great little home.
