Candlewood Manufactured Home Community began in 1974 with the first phase being 98 home sites. In the thirty years since then the community has grown to 431 home sites. Our facilities include a 3,200 square foot community center that adjoins a three acre playground and community park with walking trail "sidewalk". The Community Center is for residents' use for family reunions, birthday parties, anniversaries, or other gatherings. Holiday events, contest for the youth, Zumba are just a few of the community events held here at Candlewood Park. The Clifton Nature walk and Colorado River are just a short walk across the street.
