We have added a covered front porch and additional windows, and chose an alternate kitchen design and added the following:

• A Granite slab on the island countertop


• Added a dishwasher


• Pendant lights


• Glass pantry door

In the bathrooms we upgraded:

• To ceramic sinks


• Upgraded the Tub/showers combos


• Included towel & tissue bars


• Added a cabinet in the master bath over the toilet


• We also added a passage door to the guest bath.

In the rest of the home we have added:

• Entry lino


• A ceiling fan in the great room with coffered ceiling.


• Raised panel knotty alder cabs throughout


• Mini blinds throughout


• 4â base molding at living areas, dining room & hall
