Last year we installed new windows inside and out which makes it a ton better. We also added new carpet and drywall in the living room as well. The place is not in bad condition for its age considering that we just added a new second roof to the place this fall. There was also new carpet installed in both bedrooms three years ago. We have literally put a new roof, drywall, and windows in the place which cost us a total of 3500 dollars in three years. We were asking 6000 dollars for the place but we are moving so we have to basically drop the price down to a loss just to get rid of it. The new asking price is not 3500.00.
