    <description>This was a model home with all upgrades except the carpeting.  We have yet to change that.  All window treatments have been changed to up/down blinds.  A glass front door installed and a Phantom screen door.  The back door has been changed to one with vinyl slates that open and close between the windows.  We have also insulated the lanai and added the newest hurricane proof windows available.  Plywood is also cut to fit any other windows.  This split plan is a beauty.  The master suite covers the entire 28' width of the house and has a dream closet bigger then some bathrooms.  The second bath has a velex tube for light.  Both baths have specialty mirrored medicine cabinets and the master has a make up area.  Tub and shower area.  The other half of the house is two bedrooms and a bath.  One bedroom is being used as a computer office and the furniture including computer will stay.  Also staying are the living room furniture, lanai leather furniture, dining room furniture including large glass buffet.  We have just had the driveway done with the newest coating on the market and the front door has leaded glass and a Phantom screen door.  The back door is new and has screens between the glass and a top of the line screen door.  We have also done extensive landscaping and won the award for the best landscaping.  The property sits on a hill and has no drainage problems. It is pie shaped and 160 feet across the back, all in Oleanders.  A maple, oak, bouganvilla, crepe myrtle and several other trees are also around the yard.  There is a an 18x20' lanai which we insulated the roof and put in up/down windows.  The appliances have rarely been used.  I replaced the dishwasher with a new quieter on 18 months ago.  There are the new front loading washer/drier combo in the laundry room.  Cupboards and closet as well.  The guest room furniture will go with us.  This home is well thought out and bight and cheerful.  We spend most of the year in the lanai which has a wooden floor and carpet.  There is also a large storage shed out behind the garage.  We are selling as the home at 1800+ sq ft is too big for me to handle as I am ill.  It is priced fairly and I have pictures I can email of each room.  </description>
