The master bedroom has been newly painted and has an on suite bathroom. The home has a screened in patio and  just needs a little TLC to make it perfect but is cozy and very comfortable as is. Just a few minor repairs are needed. It comes partially furnished with a dining room table and chairs, recliner, couch, two end tables, coffee table, entertainment center, kitchen table and chair set, one twin bed and chest of drawers with two night stands.
