    <description>Updated 2Bed/1Bath Mobile in Family park, house had new windows, 100 year roof, insulation, thermostat, and furnace regulator installed last summer. That alone has dropped the electricity bill by half. Most of the outlets and fixtures have been replaced, and all have compact fluorescent bulbs. The living room is large and has a 13x3 tip out, and vaulted ceiling. The attached kitchen is large enough for dining table. The house needs floors updated, and could use a new coat of paint, exterior which we have bought just haven't had the time to paint it. We have already bought our new home, and are looking to get rid of this house as soon as possible, and we are willing to negotiate and respectfully consider any reasonable offer.
