The Living room, Kitchen , Master bedroom and bathroom in master bedroom have had the drywall slats removed and walls textured, primed and painted. All walls have been primed and painted throughout. 
The fireplace has been textured and now has a stucco-style finish over the brick. It has been converted to a wood-burning fireplace but lines for propane still available behind wall plate. 
The metal roof has had 2 coats of Kool-Seal applied to surface to maximize rust protection and the exterior was primed and painted two years ago. 
This mobile home sits on a nice corner lot in a nice mobile home park community and is in a great location. The street light is nice at night as it lights up the main part of the street as well. This home can either be moved to your land or left on the current lot. If left on the current lot the purchaser must apply with the mobile home park for residency. Lot rent is $270.00.
