November 2016 built, Mobility home for wheel chair access. All doorways are upgraded to allow wheelchair access. Zero entry shower. Upgraded to larger windows in Living Room to 36" wide.

Two outside access doors: One to living room and added outside door access from Bedroom (you can add a porch/patio off bedroom) We attached the Bedroom door via a corridor to our home for ease in moving mother in wheel chair from her "home" to ours. The door is on the short end of the Bedroom (see floor plan in pictures.) Adds more light as the door has a window. The pictures show how close this Modular home is to our farm house.

Why are we selling? We bought it to bring 92 year old mother to live with us, but have her own "home." She arrived and we realized that she needed 24 hour nursing care. She stayed in the house a total of 2 weeks. Brand new. Not even broken in. With all the additions we paid $55K. A real deal!
