Pine Hills/Sun Home Sales just ordered a Cavco 16 x 80 3 bedrooms 2 bath home. The pictures on this site are of the model we ordered as it was shown at an industry show, so, ours will be a different décor but includes all the appliances such as a washer/dryer and central air conditioning.
