This huge 2 bedroom, 2 bath home will come unfurnished except for 2 twin beds. It has a washer and dryer that will also go with the home. It's a 1990 Homes of Merit. There new laminate hardwood flooring that was laid in the home. It does have new double hung windows. Has Vertical blinds. This is a one owner home and it was custom built to for them in 1990. First you will have a golf cart that will go with the home. There was a screened 9x20 breezeway that was added to the home. The shed is a 9 x 10 and will come with the washer and dryer, utility sink, and tool bench. As you enter the breezeway the shed is on the left when you continue and leave the breezeway you will come to walk way that will take you to the back of the home where you can sit outside and watch the birds in the canal.

When you reenter you can enter the home from the breezeway. You go in and your kitchen is on the left of the home. It's a good size kitchen with all appliances. Your kitchen window will over look the canal in back of the home. You will also have a pantry besides the refrigerator. It has tile flooring.

Leaving the kitchen you have the Dining Room that's a good size with a built in china hutch.

The living room is a 20 x 13.4 which is a great size for all your furniture.

From the living room you can go out to a enclosed lani. The windows in the lani are all vinyl.

From there you reenter the home and go back towards the back bedrooms. You will come to a laundry room / small storage area on your right. There is a upright freezer in this room that will go with it. You could put your washer and dryer in this room also.

Then across the hall you will come to your guest bedroom this bedroom is 10.8 x 13.4. Has a small walk in closet.

Going down the hallway and to your left is the guest bathroom. This bathroom has the tub/shower combo.

Leaving that you will come to a small linen closet before the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is 13.4 x 20 which is a good size. This has 2 single beds in it. The closet is a stand size with 2 mirrored sliding doors.
The master bathroom is 13.4 x 6.8 which is not bad. You will have a garden tub on the left as you enter. A vanity with sink the there is a walk in shower also.

This is a sweet home and would make someone a great home all it needs is someone to call it home.
