How many times has your landlord paid YOU when you paid your rent early or on time?

After you move into one of our homes at Wallen Park Estates, WE WILL GIVE YOU 10% OF YOUR RENT BACK FOR ANY MONTH THAT YOU PAY ALL OF YOUR RENT AND ALL FEES OWED ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH THAT THE RENT IS DUE!

Why are we doing this? We thought this would be a nice way to reward our good residents. As far as I know, we are the only ones doing this in the DFW area.

For example, if your rent is $600.00 per month, we will give you $60.00 back every month you pay all of your rent and all fees owed on or before first day of that month; that means you only have to pay $540.00 for that month's rent!

We know that everyone has other bills to pay. Our hope is that our 10% Rent Give Back program will give you a good reason to arrange your payment schedule so that you can pay all of your rent and all fees owed on or before the first of the month. That's all it takes to get 10% of your rent back every month!

At Wallen Park, we offer a wide variety of one story, stand-alone, 1-4 bedroom homes, each on their own large lot, all competitively priced. At the moment, we have the following homes available (but this changes on a daily basis, which is why we don't post pictures of our homes):

A 3 bedroom/2 bath home for $665.00 per month (but pay only $598.50 if you pay all of your rent and all fees owed on time); and
A 3 bedroom/2 bath home for $630.00 per month (but pay only $567.00 if you pay all of your rent and all fees owed on time); and
A 3 bedroom/2 bath home for $585.00 per month (but pay only $526.50 if you pay all of your rent and all fees owed on time); and
A 3 bedroom/2 bath home for $570.00 per month (but pay only $513.00 if you pay all of your rent and all fees owed on time); and
A 2 bedroom/2 bath home for $580.00 per month (but pay only $522.00 if you pay all of your rent and all fees owed on time); and
A 2 bedroom/1 bath home for $525.00 per month (but pay only $472.50 if you pay all of your rent and all fees owed on time)

Because your peace of mind and convenience are important to us, we have our own FULL TIME Office and Maintenance Staffs to make sure that repairs are done right; many of our competitors don't even have part-time maintenance staff - and some of them even ask YOU to make necessary repairs - just ask them.

For your convenience, we keep our office open later and longer than most others - and for 6 days a week!
10 AM to 7 PM: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays;
3 PM to 7 PM on Wednesdays;
9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays.
