Beautiful green grass surrounds this beautiful double wide home. Very large 2 car port, huge Florida room, laundry room with washer & dryer, very large Master bedroom with private bath, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, breakfast nook off large kitchen with bookcase and own water cold/hot cooler, and dining room with built in china cabinet. Completely furnished, pots and pans, BBQ, dishes, silverware, towels and sheets. TV with local channels. Has hookups for renters to connect to satellite or internet at their own expense.

*** All YOU need to bring is your cloths and food. Winter Rental only November & December 2015 (2016 is not available) Holiday rental is $50 a day. Includes electricity, water, trash, and lawn maintenance, and Winter's Activity Membership Card. Certain conditions apply.

Winter's park has a community center with many activities and a shuffle board court.

Next door is Zephyr Park: 34 acre park with community center, with a lake for fishing, 5 lite tennis courts, handball court, water spray ground, picnic pavilion with picnic tables and BBQ grills, horseshoe pits, playground equipment, and a 5/8 mile fitness path with beautiful huge Oak Trees. Great place for morning and evening walks.

We do not have a pool in the Estates but, most of the snow birds go to the fairly new YMCA for $2 and use the pool and exercise equipment.
