Covered Oaks Mobile Home Park is the nicest park in the area near Coastal Carolina University. We have a few mobile home "LOTS" available and each rents for $275 per month including trash pickup, lawn service and 24 hour on-site management. We will assist in the costs of moving your mobile home to our park and/or provide you a free rent period. Investors that own mobile homes are welcome as well and we will manage the home for you.
