Maple Lawn Village is located in Miami
County on US 31 between Kokomo and Bennett Switch,
Indiana. There is easy access to Kokomo, Grissom ARB,
and Peru.
We have 110 sites with paved streets and parking for two
vehicles at each home. There is an on-site manager at
the property. A Community Room is provided to the
residents for birthday parties, meetings, and other
functions. There are community activities provided
during the year for our residents, such as a Christmas
party, an Easter egg hunt, Valentine party, yard sales,
community picnics, and other functions. Newsletters are
sent out to the residents at least every other month to
advise of these coming activities.
Maple Lawn is located in the Maconaquah School
district. There are rentals available, rent-to-own
programs, homes to purchase, and sites available to move
your own single or multi-sectional home into the
community. Maple Lawn village's goal is to provide a
safe and friendly atmosphere for all our residents,
while giving you the option of owing your own home,
renting, or moving your manufactured home into our
community.
