How much is the space-rent per
month?
$295 for a single-wide home, +
$51.71 for water, sewer and garbage service.
$345 for a double-wide home + $51.71 w.s.g. Gas
& electric
are metered.
Do you have spaces for RV's?
Although there are some RV's in
the park, we are converting the spaces to
manufactured home sites as they become
available. Currently we only take RV's on a
temporary basis not to exceed 6 months, unless
they are a management-approved Park Model. Check
with manager for current RV rates.
Do you have vacant spaces
available where I could bring in
my own manufactured home?
Possibly. There would be a fee,
and park approval of plan required. Current
vacant spaces were obtained with an investment
by Sigrist Homes(a Mfg Home Dealer) and are not
available for "free". (Exceptions being
short-term RV use)
Are there pet restrictions?
Yes. Limited to one small indoor
pet that does not exceed 30lbs and is subject to
management approval.
Will the rent go up?
Yes. Park policy bases increases
on the yearly C.P.I. (Consumer Price Index) Last
year's increase was $10.
Is there a swimming pool?
No swimming pool or clubhouse.
There is a laundry facility.
How big is the park?
Sutter Street Mobile Home Park
currently consists of 52 units.
Are there any age restrictions?
No. We are an "all-age" park.
Are there "play areas" or
facilities for children?
No. While children are welcome, the
lack of facilities has made the park more attractive
to seniors and adults
