Our home is located on a beautiful, shady lot with many large trees. We have chain link fencing that surrounds the entire lot. We are located in the much sought after Schertz/Cibolo school district. Our neighbors on both sides own doublewides that are very well cared for, and the neighborhood is very nice with no crime. The lot is more than adequate to accommodate a double wide if one ever wanted to upgrade to one.

We recently added an extra large deck that is constantly shaded by all our trees. Other recent upgrades are new carpet throughout, stove, and refrigerator.

Cibolo has quadrupled in size in the past four years, and is considered one of the most desirable places to live in the San Antonio area. The market is on fire out here!! It's a great place to raise a family.
