I will pay $1,500.00 toward the cost of moving this home (permits not included but are usually under $50.00). We must have cash and the home must be moved before June 1st. The home will be occupied through May 18th. This home has 2 private bedrooms (w/doors). The  large "mud/laundry" room could be returned to a 3rd bedroom. Everything has been updated since the 1980's. No orange shag carpeting. Large square "stone-like" tile in the kitchen. HGTV country charm decor. Living room & kitchen are divided by a huge island-like counter w/no upper cabinets giving the space an "open feel." The traditional fireplace includes a mantle on dark red-brick and works. A huge wall-size mirror is attached to the far end of the living room. One bedroom is decorated in shades of blue w/clouds & stars. At your request the room will be "primed" in white so that you can choose your own colors, etc. The outside no longer shines - like any vehicle that sits in the sun for 10 or more years, but is sound. There are no leaks in the roof or elsewhere and there's no tobacco smoke or nicotine in the carpets & walls. This home sits in the back of a 40-acre farm located between Shawnee & Seminole, Oklahoma.
