Hello Terri, FINALLY! Home sold- another park owner who plans to move it since the park is closing. Your Free service has been wonderful. If you are up for comments pictures to be sent in by customer or uploaded would help. I know it's quite a job and for free it may not be feasible. Perhaps a small listing charge (even $25.00)Another necessary service in south Florida is help with relocation when the parks close. Moving is very expensive ($10-20,000) and the state fund is not enough (3-6000).The other catch is the fund is only available if an eviction notice has been issued. Parks can wait until 6 months before closing to issue. If moved before notice given state fund is not available.
